1. How do I order?

It's fun and easy to order at Temsik Bolt. If this is your first time buying something you'll want to place items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout through our order form.

2. How do I find what I'm looking to buy?

There are countless fasteners to discover and buy at Temsik Bolt. If you know what you're looking for, simply enter a term or two into the search box you'll find on most pages of our site and click on the Go! button.

If you want to conduct a more specific search, click the Search link on the left or top of every product page's top navigation bar. Don't know exactly what you're looking for? Click the Browse links under the Search box.

3. How can I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card?

All prices in our store are listed in SA Rands. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. You can also print out your order and fax it to us at +2711 834-7300. If you are still not sure of sending your credit card number over the internet or fax, you can still place your order and then select "Call Me" as a payment method. One of our customer service reps will be happy to call you and get your payment information.

Shopping at Temsik Bolt is safe. Every credit card purchase you make at Temsik Bolt is done on a secure server using the latest SSL encryption.

5. Do you ship internationally?

We gladly ship anywhere in the world and have several overseas-shipping options. Based on the weight and destination country we are sometimes limited on what type of shipping service we can offer. International orders are not shipped until the customer is informed of the service available and the cost of shipping. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Temsik Bolt, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

6. How long will it take to get what I order? How much do you charge for shipping?

We try to ship all orders we receive before 2:00 pm MST on the same day. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. We ship all stock items and backorder any items we might be out of. Back orderd items ship within 1 week of the original order. Shipping charges are adjusted on the original order and added to the back order.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and the type of service you request. The shipping method and cost is presented to you as you are checking out.

7. What about your returns policy?

Our returns policy is simple. With prior authorization by email, Returns, or by calling us at 1-505-884-1808, and within 30 days of receipt of your order you may return

• any fastener in its original condition, in any container, that is not a lot traceable item.
• all fastener that are lot traceable (i.e.; has a lot number on the outside of the container) must be returned in the original container
• any tool that has not been used (drill bits, taps, etc.) and any industrial product that has not been opened (LOCTITE, LPS, etc.)
