Our
Returns Policy is Simple
With prior authorization by email info@temsik.co.za
or by calling us at +2711 833-1320-6, and within 30 days of
receipt of your order you may return
- any fastener in its original condition, in any container,
that is not a lot traceable item.
- all fastener that are lot traceable (i.e.; has a lot
number on the outside of the container) must be returned in
the original container
- any tool that has not been used (drill bits, taps, etc.)
and any industrial product that has not been opened
(LOCTITE, LPS, etc.)
for a full refund, less freight. Please note that we can process
returns and refunds only for items purchased from Temsik Bolt.

Please include your delivery receipt with the return. If you do
not have it, please write your order number on a separate piece
of paper and include it.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have
received and processed the returned item. Please note that we
can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our
error.
